The number of participants is limited to 12 students.

Ziele:

The goal of this seminar is to develop creative solutions to face the challenges of the future German e-Government. Therefore you will:

  • develop an innovative solution to a crucial problem in the public sector
  • apply creative methods 
  • collect information using empirical methods
  • collaborate virtually with your team members (from the University of Münster and Technical University of Munich).

and you will present your results depending on the topic in interesting formats such as:

  • Use Cases
  • Process Model
  • Strategy Map
  • App (Mochup)
  • Webinterface (Mockup)
  • Video
  • User Journey
  • ...

 

Inhalte:

You will work in joint teams with students from the University of Münster and the Technical University of Munich to find unconventional solutions to topics such as:

  • How does the application of Blockchain technology in the public sector look like?
  • How can direct participation in the pubic sector be designed in the future?
  • What does e-Government 4.0 mean for IT management in public organizations?
  • How can future forms look like?
  • ...

There will be a kick-off meeting on the 27th and the 28th of April 2017 in Münster. During the semester you will collaborate virtually with your team members and we will have a virtual mid-term presentation. The final presentation of your results will take place in Berlin at the end of the semester.
